Work Tuff Gear has over 28 years experience working with knife and tools, we are proud to provide OEM and ODM service for customers who are looking for a reliable manufacturer partner to develop their own knife and tools.  The service includes the following steps.

-Initial quote: we will provide a rough price for our clients to understand the cost.

​

-Industrial design:  This is the first step before anything, our industrial engineers here will help you to convert your idea, including sketches and photos, into a proper drawing

​

-3D printing service: 3D printing service:  This step is to physically get the feel of your design.  If any changes are required to be made, we can go back to the industrial design stage to get the drawings modified.

​

-Prototyping:  The samples from this stage will be tested by our clients and receive the final approval.

​

-Mass production and packaging: Quality control procedures will be performed during all production steps.

​

In addition, we use high tech CNC machines to mill our blades and handles to ensure the end result meets with our clients' demand.
